Accepted Answer. There is no tome for this specialization. The only way to get it is to make a deal with the demon. Now once any specialization is unlocked, it stays unlocked regardless of saved data. so if you have a save close by, you can unlock blood magic and then reload your game and it will still be unlocked. Think of it as an achievement.
